The Fleece FPE-61-10003-P Freedom Series Passenger Side Cylinder Head is a direct fit replacement for the damaged head on your 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ/LMM. This head is remanufactured in the top-of-the-line Freedom Racing Engine facility to meet or exceed stock specifications. This cylinder head is cleaned, pressure & leak tested, decked, and includes new valve springs, valve seals, valve guides and injector cups for easy installation and longevity. Sold Individually.
